*Dermadry: when hands, underarms, and feet are being treated separately/consecutively. Dermadry is not approved for the simultaneous treatment of hands and feet. The possibility of treating hands and feet at the same time is lost with this device. Hands and feet have to be treated separately. The pulse width of 90% is a little intense for the treatment of hands, especially underarms. The reason we rate this device as "TOP" is found in the good price of the Dermadry Total.

Note:
There is only one reason for the Hidrex connectION to miss out on the highest-ranking placement: it is a little more expensive than our TIP TOP devices.

OK: Idromed 5 PS - very simple usage - could be a TIP-TOP device, if not for two reasons: there are no special adapters for the Idromed, the user has to resort to underarm electrodes in sponge pockets. It's also a little more expensive than the two TIP-TOP devices.
